A person sentenced to an imprisonment of a period of 6 months or less – the judge may, in accordance with the instructions of the 1977 penal code, convert his imprisonment for community service in a state institution or any public institution, non-profitable.

It must be noted that the period of the community service counts as an imprisonment for the need of criminal registration and other registrations.
